The installation process for the base of the screen stretching machine is as follows: Firstly, install the base stand screw onto the base. Next, attach the clamp part and handle onto the stand screw. Connect the two bases using a connecting plate, making sure to position them in a crosswise arrangement. Pay attention to the direction of the concave buckle on the four connecting strips.

Moving on to the stretching screen frame, begin by connecting the four frame bars with the corner parts and tightening them securely. Loosen the concave bars and push them inwards. Open the buckle, insert the mesh into one side, and then tighten the mesh before placing it into the other side of the groove. Use a hexagon socket wrench to tighten the mesh all around, ensuring the required tension is achieved.

For the first time, apply glue to the screen frame to achieve a non-stick finish, and then place the frame into the base. If the screen frame is less than 30mm thick, position it with the mesh side facing down onto the stretcher. Conversely, if the frame is more than 30mm thick, place it with the mesh side facing up.

Press the screen frame with the clamp part and rotate the handle to increase the pressure, further enhancing the tension of the mesh. After the glue has dried and solidified, cut the mesh from the outside of the frame and remove the frame.

This screen stretcher can be used to stretch both aluminum alloy and wooden screen frames, with a maximum size of 24"x24" (60x60cm). It can achieve a balanced screen plate tension in all directions, providing a quality output comparable to traditional stretching methods. The setup and stretching process is fast and easy, making it an ideal tool for beginners.
