Attic Ceiling Ladder for Loft Access

The telescopic pedal of the ladder is connected by screws, allowing for height adjustability using a wrench tool.

This is a great loft wall retractable ladder stairs, which is mounted on the ceiling. When not in use, the telescopic ladder can be retracted to the ceiling; when needed, it can be pulled down. This space-saving design provides a convenient, private space in the ceiling that can be concealed from view.

The ladder is made with high-quality, thickened materials, resulting in a small volume and easy operation. The S-bend handrails on both sides provide enhanced weight-bearing strength and safety. Each joint is connected by thick rivets, making the ladder more firm and secure. The 14 cm wide steps feature an anti-skid design for safer ascent and descent. The special anti-skid foot material not only provides traction but also protects the floor from damage. The ladder is equipped with a pull rod for easy opening and closing.

The installation process involves laying the ladder flat, securing the screws and nuts, threading the pull ring through the lock hole, and aligning the ladder with the ceiling edge using ropes (without standing under the ladder). The triangle plates are then placed on the screws and tightened. The ceiling thickness should be 100-200 mm, and the distance from the edge of the hole to the wall should be at least 50 mm. The size of this loft ladder is 700 x 1200 mm, with white steps and black and white armrests for easy furniture matching.

The ladder's parameters include a ceiling open size of 700 x 1200 mm, a floor-to-ceiling height of 3 m, a step size of 15.7 x 5.1 inches, a rod length of 46.5 inches, and a 60-degree angle. The weight capacity is 660 lbs. Regular inspection for broken welds, loose nuts and bolts, and frame distortion is recommended.
